"Customer e-self-service system" project implementation.
We are implementing the project "Customer e-self-service system"
In 2022 March 1 By order of the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania no. 4-305 EUR 49,998.32 of financing under the measure "E. business model for COVID-19". Aosta UAB advises clients on various business issues, such as export, finding clients in new markets, marketing solutions, etc. In order to simplify the process of ordering services and improve the customer experience by giving them the opportunity to manage a large part of the order information themselves, the company decided to implement e. a self-service system for submitting requests so that they can be submitted as simply and clearly as possible to understand what is required from the client. This self-service system will also serve as a communication platform with the customer, ensuring data confidentiality.
The goal of the project is to give business customers the opportunity to order the company's services digitally, saving customers' time and increasing the quality of the services they receive.
During the implementation of the project, an electronic order submission system will be created, through which customers will select the desired service, submit a request with the documents and data specified in the service description, receive the order fulfillment result and pay for the service. The request submission system will allow faster processing of submitted customer orders, which will allow UAB "Aosta" to serve a larger number of customers.
The project is expected to be implemented by 2023 03 15.
