1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for the parties, which determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing services in the online store www.aosta.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "e-shop").
1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. The moment of conclusion of the purchase-sale contract
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a service basket in the e-shop, confirms it in writing, comments in the e-shop, by e-mail and/or signs a long-term agreement and/or a one-time contract and after familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks button "Confirm order" or confirm your order for services in another form.
3. Seller's rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
3.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend his access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration without warning.
3.3. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these rules without prior notice.
3.4. Send all communications between the parties to the e-mail addresses provided in the Buyer's registration form.
4. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Seller
4.1. The seller undertakes to create all conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
4.2. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to perform the ordered services for the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer a refund or perform the service within an additional 30 days, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the services and new agreements, to return the paid money within three working days, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.
4.3. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
4.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on other websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the links in the Seller's e-store.
4.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of service delivery deadlines, if the services are not provided to the Buyer or are not provided on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
5. Buyer's rights
5.1. The buyer has the right to purchase services in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.
5.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the service purchase - sale contract concluded with the e-store by notifying the seller in writing (by e-mail, no later than within 3 (three) working days from the day of ordering the service.
5.3. The buyer has the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form.
5.4. All messages between the parties and questions should be sent to the address or e-mail address specified in the "chat" section of the e-store.
6. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Buyer
6.1. By using the e-shop, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.
6.2. The buyer must pay for the services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
6.3. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form.
6.4. The buyer is responsible for actions taken intentionally or unintentionally while using the e-store.
7. Service price, payment
7.1. The prices of the services in the e-store and in the created order are indicated in Euros without VAT.
7.2. The buyer pays for the services using one of the methods chosen by him:
7.2.1. Payment using electronic banking means advance payment using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer. The Buyer transfers the money to the e-store account in the relevant bank of his choice. The responsibility for data security in this case rests with the respective bank, since all monetary transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system.
7.2.2. Through the Paysera system or by bank card.
7.3. Only after receiving the payment for the services, the Seller starts performing the services.
